If a translation is inconsistent with this English version, this English version governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights or mandatory local law.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FindPassengers. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.

Find Passengers B.V. is currently in the process of incorporation. Until incorporation is completed, FindPassengers is operated by HE Administraties, Boekerij 40, 1695 JB Blokker, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 62414194 (VAT ID NL002101357B47). During this transition, HE Administraties is the operator and contracting party for the service. FindPassengers does not represent that Find Passengers B.V. already exists.

2. What FindPassengers Does

FindPassengers helps passengers from the same flight find a flight group, communicate, share information and compare passenger-reported claim outcomes. It is an information and communication platform. It is not an airline, government body, law firm, claims management company or claims handling agency. FindPassengers does not represent you, submit or manage your claim, determine legal entitlement or provide legal advice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Provide accurate information, use only your own account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify us of suspected compromise. Some features require a confirmed email/password account, an ordinary authenticated session and current membership of a flight group.

FindPassengers is intended for independent use by people aged 16 or older. People under 16 must not use the service independently. Where appropriate, a parent or legal representative may act on behalf of a minor. FindPassengers does not collect dates of birth or actively verify age. This use rule does not determine or limit any right a minor may have as an airline passenger, including a possible right to compensation or another remedy.

4. Flight Groups and Membership

Join only flight groups genuinely relevant to you. Do not impersonate a passenger, misrepresent your connection to a flight or create or join groups for fraud, surveillance, solicitation or harassment. Membership is not proof that a person travelled, experienced a disruption or has a valid claim. Flight groups and aggregate information may remain available after individual users leave.

5. User Content and Licence

You retain ownership of messages, claim information and files you submit. You are responsible for that content and must have the rights and lawful basis needed to share it. You grant the FindPassengers operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display and secure the content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, moderate and protect the service and comply with law.

This operational licence lasts for as long as the content is retained for those purposes. Account deletion does not automatically retract content already shared with a flight group, as explained below and in the Privacy Policy.

6. Messages and File Uploads

Flight Chat and finalized attachments are available only to authorised current members of the same flight group. Upload only supported JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF files within the displayed limits. Remove unnecessary personal information before sharing. Do not upload malware, executable or illegal content, or material that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights. Technical validation reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every file is safe, accurate or lawful.

7. Claim Information

Enter claim information truthfully. Individual claim records are private to the account, while group-level counts are shown in aggregate. Aggregate outcomes are passenger- reported and informational only. They do not establish why a claim succeeded or failed, prove legal entitlement or guarantee that another passenger will receive the same result.

8. Acceptable Use

Use FindPassengers respectfully, lawfully and only for legitimate passenger coordination, comparison and communication. Respect flight-group boundaries, rate limits, security controls, intellectual property, confidentiality and the privacy of fellow passengers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • spam, threaten, harass, intimidate, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
  • commit fraud or deliberately provide false or misleading information;
  • upload malware, harmful files, illegal content or content you may not share;
  • share another person's sensitive or private information without lawful grounds;
  • scrape, harvest, profile or misuse passenger or flight-group information;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, validation or rate limits;
  • automate access or reporting in a way that burdens or manipulates the service;
  • submit abusive, dishonest or retaliatory message reports; or
  • interfere with the service or use it to harm another person or system.

10. Privacy of Other Passengers

Treat information shared in a flight group as limited to that context. Do not republish messages, files, aliases or claim experiences without a lawful reason and, where needed, permission. Do not try to identify a passenger behind an alias or use small aggregate counts to expose an individual's private claim information.

11. Moderation and Reports

Members can report eligible messages. We do not promise to review all content before it appears or to resolve every dispute. Where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms, the operator may review reports, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, remove content or suspend or terminate an account. Misuse of reporting tools may itself lead to restrictions.

12. Flight Information and Accuracy

Flight information may come from AeroDataBox through API.Market and other operational sources. It may be incomplete, delayed, estimated or incorrect, and a flight number and date can represent multiple legs. Verify important travel or claim information directly with the airline, airport or another authoritative source.

13. Compensation and Claims

FindPassengers does not determine whether compensation is due and does not guarantee compensation, equal treatment or any claim result. You remain responsible for deadlines, evidence, your claim and communications with an airline, adviser, authority or other party. Obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

14. Notifications and Service Emails

We may send essential authentication, security and account-service emails. Depending on your Account preferences, we may also send passenger milestones, aggregated claim milestones and occasional Flight Chat digests. Delivery can be delayed or fail, and these emails must not be relied on for legal, claim or travel deadlines. Optional notification preferences can be changed on the Account page.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

FindPassengers relies on independent hosting, authentication, storage, email and flight- data services and may link to external websites. Third parties control their own services, content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link or technical integration does not make FindPassengers responsible for that independent service.

External claim providers are independent third parties. FindPassengers does not provide or perform their claim services and is not responsible for how they handle a claim. If you choose to use one, you enter into a separate relationship with that provider and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

16. Affiliate Links

FindPassengers does not currently operate active affiliate links, referral identifiers, affiliate tracking or affiliate cookies. ClaimAssist is a non-clickable demonstration available only in local development. FindPassengers displays clearly identified links to independent external claim services and may in the future enter into commercial or affiliate relationships. The displayed providers and their order reflect the configured recommendation for the relevant market; they are not a complete market comparison or an objective ranking of all available providers. Commercial or affiliate status does not by itself determine selection, order or visibility. If an affiliate link is introduced, the relevant relationship and commission disclosure will be shown clearly. A commercial relationship will not affect the independence of passenger-reported claim information and is not a guarantee, legal advice, representation or endorsement of a particular outcome.

17. Intellectual Property

FindPassengers branding, interface, software and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Your own content remains yours, subject to the limited operational licence in section 5.

18. Suspension and Termination

Access or content may be restricted, suspended or removed where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal obligations or serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, the circumstances and less restrictive measures will be considered. You may stop using the service and can request account deletion through the available Account controls.

19. Account Deletion and Retained Content

You can delete your account through the Account page after recent password authentication. Memberships, account-linked private claim status and user-specific account data are removed as described in the Privacy Policy. A non-identifying flight-level historical claim-outcome count may remain without an account link, user identity, compensation amount or currency; it cannot be reconnected to a later recreated account and remains subject to the existing flight-data retention framework. Existing messages and finalized shared attachments remain in the flight conversation with the sender shown as “Passenger deleted.” Deleting an account is therefore not a way to retract every item already shared with other passengers.

20. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep FindPassengers available but do not promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Features may be changed, limited, paused or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, provider or product reasons. We will communicate material changes where reasonably appropriate.

21. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FindPassengers is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that user content, flight data, claim aggregates, notifications or third-party information is complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

22. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from reliance on user content, flight data, claim comparisons, missed notifications or independent third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer protections.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch court, without limiting any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in another competent court.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, risks or law change. The latest revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated appropriately where required. An update will not apply retroactively where that would be unlawful.

25. Contact
